The machine structure decides its precision , service life and stability.

1.The machine adopts the world advanced UG software and PO0-E3D analysis aided design to integrally cast and form the optimal design of high rigidity , tight structure and long life service.
2.Heating Plate is made of deep hole processing , after carburizing process,by using the principle of heat flux,high precision ,and the advantage temperature analysis of optimal design.
3.Use computer CNC processing to ensure the optimal precision of design.
4.Japanese technology planar average pressure correction with a highest precision up to 0.2mm.
5. Heating plate/ in-and-out template adopts carburizing treatment and is completed by grinding and nitriding , long wearproof,not easy to be deformed and high planar precision.
Frame plate
The material is made of Q235A steel plate with overall numerical control cutting, and the surface is sandblasted.
Oil cylinder
The material of the oil cylinder is high quality QT500-7, ductile iron QT-500 is passivated after aging, or forging material is used, tensile strength ≥50kgf/mm

Features

1.Die entry and exit rail (if equipped):

The sliding surface is made of S50# steel, and has been heat-treated to a hardness of HRC 55-58. It has a long wear-resistant life and is equipped with a bearing design to make the entry and exit molds slide stably.
2.Hydraulic system:
The main hydraulic components adopt well-known brands such as Taiwan Qiyang, Beijing Huade, Yuyan, etc., easy to buy and replace, reasonable layout, and easy to maintain and repair.
3.Electrical system:
The main PLC electrical components of this machine adopt Mitsubishi's internationally well-known brands. The electrical device has the advantages of small size, compact structure, fatigue resistance, and is suitable for continuous high-strength work.
4.Heat insulation board:
